Service Agreement

Koorier Direct-to-Shipper (DTS) Standard Master Service Agreement

Effective Date: Date of online acceptance
Service Provider: Koorier Inc. ("Koorier")
Customer: The entity or individual accepting this agreement ("Customer")

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Koorier's Direct-to-Shipper (DTS) platform, which allows customers to create shipments, generate labels, and manage deliveries on a prepaid, self-service basis within supported regions.

2. Scope of Services

Koorier provides last-mile delivery services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) through its DTS platform, subject to service availability and operational constraints.

Services include:

  • Shipment booking
  • Label generation
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Proof of Delivery (POD)

3. One-Time Platform Access Fee

Customer is required to pay a one-time, non-recurring onboarding fee of CAD $50 to activate access to the DTS platform.

This fee:

  • Is not refundable once platform access is granted
  • Is not a subscription
  • Does not include shipment charges

4. Pay-Per-Order Pricing Model

All shipments are charged per order, based on standard rates defined by Koorier at the time of shipment creation. Pricing is displayed to the Customer before order confirmation.

  • No monthly invoices
  • No credit terms
  • No postpaid billing

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Koorier's authorized payment gateway. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pre-Pickup: Orders cancelled before pickup may be eligible for a refund.
‍Post-Pickup: Once a shipment is picked up, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipment information
  • Ensure packages comply with packaging policy
  • Securely apply generated labels
  • Comply with all applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

Koorier's liability is limited to the delivery charges paid for the affected shipment, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Default Account Configuration

Upon successful registration, the following default settings will be applied to your account. These can be modified at any time from the Business Profile section after logging in.

  • Service Days: Monday – Friday
  • Delivery Date Buffer: 0 Days
  • Eligibility Day: 0 Days
  • Expected Manifests: 5 Per Day
  • Manifest Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (14:00)

I agree to the Koorier Direct-to-Shipper Master Service Agreement and understand that access requires a one-time $50 payment and prepaid per-order charges.
